What We’ve Achieved

Mark Pate started loaning New Again Houses® capital in early 2013 and brought on his first capital partner in late 2013. As of August 2025, Mark was managing $32.2 million for his own account and over 100 capital partners. While private lending typically charges interest in the range of 10% to 15% per year, we have stayed on the lower end of that range to work with high character individuals and to cultivate a long-term relationship for sustained, persistent return on our investment. We execute a promissory note on each house to provide funds to purchase and renovate it. For security, the lending company is named on the deed of trust filed with the county clerk. Since inception in 2013, we have had 1,000 loans payoff with no defaults and provided the capital partners an annual return on investment of 10%.
